1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SRQ Web Builders website (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

SRQ Web Builders provides web design, web development, and related digital services for businesses. Our services are offered in three plan tiers: Basic ($299), Upgraded ($399), and Exquisite ($599), with billing options of one-time payment or upfront plus monthly support fees. Specific deliverables and features for each plan are listed on our pricing page.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Orders are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. Payment is made via Zelle® bank transfer. You are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is sent and that your business name is included in the transfer memo for matching purposes.

Work on your project begins after your order is approved and payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within 7 days of order submission, your order may be cancelled.

4. Project Timeline & Revisions

Estimated delivery times range from 5–8 days for Basic and Upgraded plans, and 2–4 weeks for Exquisite plans, depending on project complexity. Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. SRQ Web Builders retains the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Pre-existing templates, frameworks, or third-party assets used in your project remain licensed under their respective terms.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of web design services, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with the work, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• • Provide accurate, timely information and materials needed for your project
• • Respond to review and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe
• • Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us
• • Maintain your own domain registration and hosting unless otherwise agreed

8. Limitation of Liability

SRQ Web Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or actions taken by you or your team after project delivery.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
